A Maryland native, Dr. Beckman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1981. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Washington University in St. Louis in 1985.
Following dental school, Dr. Beckman completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Lincoln Hospital in New York, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of dental treatments.
